“The art of healing comes from nature, not from the physician.” – Paracelsus ( 16th-century)
Nature therapy is a natural method of preventing and / or improving various physical disorders, mental, emotional, using the forest and plants in it. The natural environment of the forest have constituted real therapeutic qualities because of the energy they emit due to fresh air and loaded with negative ions in the air and volatile oils obtained from plants and trees. In general, forestry therapy have immune stimulating effects, increasing physically and mentally tonus, removing the negative effects of stress on the body, relaxing, soothing, balancing the psycho-emotional level. We can recharge our huge positive energy of a tree just by a simple touch or surrounding it with our arms. Beethoven is known to hug trees.
